Standard model

The standard company commitment

The standard company commitment is 1% of annual revenue or 1% of the revenue generated by an approved product line or business activity.

The financial base must be clear, documented and consistent from one annual review to the next.

Commitment models

Six ways to commit

01Standard

1% of total annual revenue

The reference model. Applied to audited or certified annual revenue.

02Standard

1% of an approved product line

Commitment scoped to a defined and documented product line.

03Subject to review

1% of a defined business activity

Commitment scoped to a specific activity approved by OP4K.

04Subject to review

1% of founder or executive income

Personal commitment from a founder, partner or executive.

05By invitation

1% of dividends or a liquidity event

One-off commitment linked to dividends or a defined liquidity event.

06By invitation

Equivalent fixed commitment approved by OP4K

A fixed amount approved as equivalent to a 1% commitment.

Not every model is available automatically. Some require review or invitation.

Calculation

How the commitment is calculated

Eligible financial base × 1% = annual commitment
Example 1

Annual revenue: €2,000,000

1% commitment: €20,000

Example 2

Approved product-line revenue: €450,000

1% commitment: €4,500

Illustrative calculation only. Final eligibility and documentation requirements are subject to review.
